Registered Nurse Lead - Surgical PCU (Nights)

Role: Lead Registered Nurse in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit, responsible for supporting patient care, leading initiatives, and assisting the Nurse Manager in daily unit operations. Responsibilities: Oversee clinical team during care delivery and unit functions, provide resources to staff, and ensure smooth operation of a 32-bed general surgical unit offering services such as arythmia management, BiPAP/CPAP, bedside bronchoscopy, and various surgeries. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, active RN license, BLS certification, at least 2 years of RN experience (preferably in PCU or higher acuity units), and leadership ability to guide staff in the absence of managers.
