Benefits Competitive salary: $83,000–$93,000 Year‑round work with no seasonal layoffs Monday‑Friday schedule (typically 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with minimal overtime and no regular weekends Local travel only throughout the Sacramento area Company vehicle (when available), mileage reimbursement, gas reimbursement, and monthly phone stipend Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 100% employer‑paid life insurance and disability, 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%, generous PTO, paid holidays, and benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days Opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop a skilled commercial roofing team Stable, preventative maintenance‑focused commercial environment with long‑term career growth Collaborative, supportive culture with a strong commitment to employee success Job Details Key responsibilities include: Supervise daily roofing operations including repairs, leak response, inspections, and preventative maintenance Assign and coordinate work orders across a designated portfolio of commercial properties Ensure crews meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations Perform field quality control inspections and troubleshoot roofing issues Review, prioritize, and manage work orders using Yardi Approve employee timecards and ensure labor hours are accurately tracked in Paylocity Process expenses using Expensify Monitor project costs and ensure work stays within approved budgets Coordinate material procurement and inventory needs Mentor, coach, and develop roofing technicians through ongoing training and performance management Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth Partner with internal departments and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards What We're Looking For We're looking for a true commercial roofing expert who can lead by example and has earned the respect of field crews through experience.
