Key Responsibilities Connect with clients through virtual platforms to assess their needs and recommend customized insurance solutions. Work with a steady stream of warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling, door knocking, or MLM involvement. Complete our training program and obtain your life insurance license if not currently licensed. Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through ongoing policy support. Stay motivated, organized, and accountable while achieving individual and team sales goals. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. Qualifications No prior insurance experience required — training and licensing support provided. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Reliable internet connection and ability to manage a flexible schedule.
