Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in cloud-native solutions, is seeking a Sr. Software Developer to join their innovative team. As a Sr. Software Developer, you will be an integral part of the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud applications supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for continuous learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Software Developer

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain Node.js services, APIs, and microservices on Azure cloud platforms.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions utilizing Azure services such as Azure SQL, Event Hub, and Key Vault.
• Lead cloud‑native design patterns including event‑driven architecture, serverless workflows, and containerized workloads.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers to foster growth and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive end‑to‑end solutions, troubleshoot complex distributed systems, and drive continuous improvement in performance and reliability.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency with deploying applications on Microsoft Azure, including REST APIs, microservices, and containers (Docker).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
