• Maintain detailed documentation of lab procedures, provide training for new staff or students, and help ensure the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Create and uphold a safe, organized work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, together with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
