Dealership:L0492 Curry Honda Curry Honda Estimator Location: Onsite at Curry Honda Dealership Our body shop does ½ a million a month in sales and our mechanics typically turn 200 plus hours weekly. We are the only Honda dealership inside the perimeter in Atlanta on Peachtree industrial blvd. Follow the Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Identify, confirm, and offer resolution to customer concerns. Communicate with customer what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when work will be complete. Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around. Attain agreement from customer for repair needs. Minimum 1 year of Automotive Estimator experience Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders.
