About Facility:

• Facility is licensed as a 140-bed, acute care facility located in Milledgeville, Georgia providing 24/7 emergency services, radiology services, women's services and general medical and surgical services to the 150,000 residents living in Baldwin and surrounding counties.

Department Information:

• Census: Average patients/day: 10-12 Patients per therapist per day.
• Minimum Years of Experience required: Prefer 1 year of relevant experience, New Grads are welcome to apply
• Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

• orthopedics, debility, spinal cord, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures, post-op, cardiac

Required License, National Certification:
Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

• Licensed in the state of Georgia, BLS

Skills required:

• Ability to treat above common diagnoses and work independently with minimal oversight.

Support within the Department:

• The Rehab department has 3 Teammates working daily with Lead therapists on site.

• 3-5 days departmental (depending on relevant experience)
