Role Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager / Building Manager for a hands-on role overseeing roofing and construction projects end-to-end. You’ll manage crews, timelines, budgets, client communications, and deliver high-quality results while actively working on the job site.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple roofing, storm damage, and construction projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Conduct site visits, quality control, and progress reporting.
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
Support day-to-day operations and help scale the business (includes hands-on work).

Qualifications

2+ years of project management or building management experience in roofing/construction.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction practices.
Experience with insurance restoration/storm damage work is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to read blueprints and manage budgets effectively.
Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time and perform hands-on physical work.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
