Bright Achievements is seeking a Site-Based Supervisor to support the daily operations of our school-based programs. This position will serve as the primary operational presence at the assigned school site and will work closely with school administration, Bright Achievements leadership, BCBAs, RBTs, families, and administrative staff.

The Site-Based Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the program operates safely, professionally, efficiently, and according to established procedures while supporting staff and maintaining strong communication with school and Bright Achievements leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work directly with school administration and Bright Achievements leadership to establish, launch, and maintain school-based programs.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between Bright Achievements and school administration.
• Maintain an appropriate on-site presence to ensure the assigned program operates safely, professionally, efficiently, and according to plan.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, including staffing, scheduling, attendance, classroom flow, staff coverage, and site logistics.
• Communicate with district representatives and school staff, including attending meetings at the district office as needed.
• Support and supervise RBT staff from an operational and administrative perspective while collaborating with the assigned BCBA regarding clinical matters.
• Ensure appropriate staff coverage and respond to call-outs, scheduling issues, and other operational staffing concerns.
• Potentially provide BT/RBT coverage in the event of staff absences or staffing concerns and work directly with clients when needed.
• Support consistent implementation of treatment schedules and programming established and supervised by the BCBA.
• Maintain organized records and site binders containing client treatment plans, allergy information, emergency protocols, and other necessary documentation.
• Maintain a structured, safe, professional, and organized environment for students and staff.
• Communicate regularly with Bright Achievements leadership regarding staffing needs, program concerns, school requests, supplies, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in meetings with school administrators, clinical leadership, and Bright Achievements leadership as needed.
• Bring a laptop to the work site daily to update records and collaborate with the Bright Achievements administrative team.
• Assist with the planning, development, setup, and launch of additional school-based programs as Bright Achievements continues to expand.
• Help establish systems and procedures that can be replicated across future Bright Achievements school-based programs.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the operation and growth of Bright Achievements' school-based services as assigned.

Clinical Responsibilities

The Site-Based Supervisor is an operational and administrative supervisory role and is not intended to replace or assume the clinical responsibilities of the program's BCBA.

The assigned BCBA will remain responsible for:

• Clinical programming
• Assessments
• Treatment decisions
• Behavior intervention plans
• Clinical supervision
• RBT clinical oversight
• Other responsibilities requiring BCBA-level clinical judgment

The primary focus of the Site-Based Supervisor will be program operations, school relationships, staff coordination, implementation support, problem-solving, and ensuring that each assigned program operates effectively on a day-to-day basis.
