Location: Jacksonville, TX, 75766 Start Date: ASAP Helper Rate: $18.33 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate helper to assist a female client in her 70s diagnosed with frontal lobe dementia/Alzheimer's. She lives with her husband in a small home with two small dogs.

Care is needed on specific days when her husband is away and unable to provide support.

Care Responsibilities

• Assist with feeding and mealtime support
• Provide toileting and bathroom assistance
• Support with basic ADLs
• Ensure safety and supervision throughout the shift
• Provide calm and respectful companionship

Schedule

• 12 Mondays per month
• 11:00 AM 6:00 PM

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's care preferred
• Patient, attentive, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a home with small dogs
• Able to follow instructions and consistently meet care needs

This role is best suited for a helper who is reliable and can confidently handle essential care tasks, ensuring the client's safety and comfort while the primary caregiver is away.
