Sales Support / Inside Sales Representative
DuPont is hiring a Sales Support / Inside Sales Representative to support the Healthcare & Water Technologies business. This role partners closely with Field Sales to manage transactional accounts, qualify leads, and drive profitable growth across North America.
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Hybrid: 4 days onsite
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of transactional ("tail") accounts to drive retention, expansion, and growth
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiation support, order conversion, and follow-up
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route sales-ready opportunities to Field Sales
- Partner with Field Sales on lead follow-up, demand generation, and early customer engagement
- Build account plans identifying cross-sell, up-sell, and whitespace opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships via phone, E-Mail, and virtual outreach
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Technical, Marketing, and R&D
- Ensure accurate CRM (SFDC) data: leads, opportunities, activities, and next steps
- Use analytics (Power BI, CRM) to identify demand signals and pipeline opportunities
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and quarter-end order management
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 13 years of Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Account Management experience
- Experience qualifying leads and supporting pipeline development
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- B2B experience preferred (healthcare, industrial, or materials a plus)
