Overview Mechanical Assembly Technician — Warehouse Operations Company: Holland Sharpe Compensation: From $18.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM A day at Holland Sharpe You clock in, join a brief huddle, and review the day’s build list. With a blueprint in hand, you gather the right hardware—nuts, bolts, and fasteners—then bring fabricated metal components together with care and precision. Throughout the day you double-check parts against drawings, complete in-process quality checks, and tidy your bench so the next build flows smoothly. Before the shift wraps, you kit materials and ready completed assemblies for shipment, all while keeping safety and accuracy front and center and meeting daily production targets. What you’ll work on Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly diagrams Assemble fabricated metal parts using specified hardware and components Confirm correct parts selection (nuts, bolts, fasteners, etc.) per schematics Pick materials and prepare finished products for outbound shipment Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality standards Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area Meet daily production goals without compromising accuracy Who thrives here Hands-on assemblers with experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Individuals who have performed quality checks or inspections (previous QC experience required) People who can read and understand basic blueprints or schematics Detail-focused team members with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic If you’ve worked in production assembly, quality inspection, or warehouse operations, we’d love to hear from you.
