Precision Aero Company is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Packer to join our team. Shipping Packers support material handling, inventory control, and the preparation of aerospace parts for shipment. If you take pride in your work, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working with others to meet customer needs, Schedule Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties and possess these qualifications Store incoming finished goods in the appropriate inventory locations. Retrieve parts to fulfill sales orders and return remaining parts to stock after shipment. Package and prepare aerospace parts for shipment, verifying the accuracy and quality of packaging. Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and supporting documentation before shipment. Prepare shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and carrier documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with inventory counts, and help resolve discrepancies. Work with Inspection, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to support on‑time delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Demonstrate initiative, dependable attendance, and a strong work ethic. Use basic computer and math skills to enter and verify shipping and inventory information. Communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities. High school diploma or GED required. Previous shipping, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. ERP systems experience is preferred. Position Demands Ability to lift, carry, and move parts, packages, and shipping materials as needed. Ability to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and reach. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to safely handle and move products throughout shipping and finished‑goods areas. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
