AMG Specialty Hospital – Northwest Indiana is offering up to a $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Full‑Time Registered Nurses (RN) for night shifts with ICU, LTAC, or Post‑Acute experience and a minimum of 2 years experience. The RN provides direct and indirect patient care in the long‑term acute care setting. Communicate with physicians/CCO/co‑workers, as appropriate, about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, the RN is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. * $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus or Tuition Reimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2‑year minimum commitment.
