As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and associates. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur03:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun03:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, entrances, receiving areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards. Monitor access points, observe activity within the store and surrounding property, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
