We are looking for a group fitness instructor to lead our training sessions.
Compensation:$23.50 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:- Coach group and semi-private training sessions
- Teach proper movement mechanics and exercise progressions/regressions
- Build relationships with members and create a welcoming environment
- Maintain professionalism, energy, and organization on the training floor
- Assist with member accountability and retention
- Arrive prepared and help maintain facility cleanliness and standards
- Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping people improve their lives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with high personal standards
- Ability to coach all fitness levels safely and effectively
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Prior coaching or personal training experience preferred
- CPR/AED certification preferred
