Dr. Thomas Dietrich and his esteemed team at a leading dental practice are on the lookout for a driven and highly qualified partner to spearhead a new facility in East Cleveland, Ohio, set to open in mid-2027. Position Highlights
This role offers a competitive compensation package and immediate partnership without any buy-in required:
Base salary starting at $550,000+, plus a collection bonus
Immediate equity partnership

Full-scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice with advanced digital workflows

Candidate Requirements
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and confidently establishes new relationships by actively engaging with potential referral doctors
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Eligible for licensure in Ohio
