Shift Schedules:MON - FRI, 7:30AM- 4:30PM. 2 WEEKS TRAININGItems Required for Submission:
- AHA BLS Certification
- Driver's License
- Certificate (if applicable: ex. CNA cert)
- CalPERS form (added into the files tab)
- License Verification
- Resume
- No gaps more than 30 days
- Do NOT include address, email, or phone number in the resume
- Two Completed Supervisor References
- Must include phone numbers
- Must be a supervisor in the same position
- Email address and Phone Number for Candidate
- Requested Time Off for the contract length
- Full Shift Details they are being submitted for (as some orders will have multiple shift options)
