Washington, Montana, Idaho & Alaska (Primary Focus: WA & MT) Approximately 80% Travel (2+ Overnight Stays per Week) $120,000 Guaranteed Earnings + Uncapped Commission OTE: $170,000+ Join a Growing Organization! Medworks is expanding, and we're seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Pacific Northwest. Unlike traditional medical device sales organizations, Medworks partners directly with healthcare providers to deliver in-room surgical support and clinical expertise that helps surgeons perform procedures more efficiently while improving patient outcomes. This is a true hunter role focused on developing new business, building strategic relationships, and expanding our presence within hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and physician practices. You'll have the autonomy to grow your territory while working alongside an experienced clinical support team that delivers exceptional value in the operating room. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities across hospitals, ASCs, and physician practices Build relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, supply chain leaders, administrators, and healthcare executives Promote Medworks' in-room surgical support services and procedural solutions Identify opportunities to expand utilization within existing accounts Create and execute strategic territory growth plans Deliver compelling clinical and economic value presentations Partner closely with clinical specialists to ensure exceptional customer experiences Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM activity What We're Looking For 2+ years of medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, surgical, or related healthcare sales experience 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales experience Demonstrated success developing new business and opening new accounts Experience navigating complex healthcare buying environments Ability to build credibility with surgeons and clinical stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skills Highly organized with disciplined CRM management Urology experience strongly preferred Compensation Base Salary: $85,000 Guaranteed Commission: $35,000 (renewed annually) Guaranteed Earnings: $120,000 On-Target Earnings: $170,000+ Uncapped Commission Plan Top Performers: $180,000-$250,000+ Benefits Car allowance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Simple IRA with company match Paid Time Off and sick leave Parental and family leave Additional employee benefits Territory & Travel Requirements Candidates should reside within 50 miles of a major airport near: Seattle, WA Tacoma, WA Spokane, WA Missoula, MT Helena, MT Bozeman, MT Additional Requirements Include Extensive travel throughout Washington and Montana Valid driver's license and active auto insurance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
