No prior experience? No problem! We value enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do as a BHT Collect and record data on client progress during and after sessions. Implement individualized Behavior Plans designed to reduce problem behaviors and teach new skills. Apply evidence‑based strategies to support skill acquisition and behavioral improvement. Requirements Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Ability to pass all required state and federal background checks (including child abuse clearances, FBI fingerprinting, and criminal record checks). Reliable transportation to client locations (current openings in Bucks and Montgomery Counties). Genuine passion and enthusiasm for helping children and their families reach their fullest potential!
