Group Home Supervisor

Pay $21.50 per hour! Full‑time positions available. Full‑time 40 hours; varied shifts during the week and every other weekend. On‑call required Driver's License Requirement : This position requires a valid driver's license held for at least one year (post‑permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy. Program Supervisor As a Program Supervisor, you will pioneer the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and handle a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. You will supervise a team of caregivers and provide direct support to individuals, which includes assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Your day will be a balanced mix of direct support, program activities, and supervisory responsibilities. You will also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. One year of related work experience. Must be 18 years or older. Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance. Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority. Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with team members and service recipients.
