Construction Project Manager - Power Delivery

Overview HDR is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our growing and nationally ranked team of Power Construction Professionals in the Southwest. Responsibilities Serve as a key client contact tasked with building and maintaining client relations with both internal and external clients coupled with the development of new Power Construction Services clients. Work with marketing for proposal development and opportunity tracking. Oversee contract and MSA negotiations, conduct resource recruitment, and provide invoice approval and budget development for multiple projects concurrently. Serve as the key client contact and project manager on larger projects involving multiple services and personnel and make decisions on staffing levels, field resources, and coordination of external resources to properly execute project goals. Lead and/or support business development as it relates to Construction Services, developing and maintaining annual goals. Develop and lead the QA/QC process on a project specific basis as well as maintain project document control. Assist or lead projects as a client lead and/or project manager. Preferred Qualifications Specific experience providing construction services support for Power Delivery, Hydro, Generation, and Renewables projects. Relevant Industry Certifications (PMP, PE, etc.). Ability to interpret construction schedules. Travel will be required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. 10+ years of related experience. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software. Strong ability to interact with various design teams and excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Expected compensation range: $124,950.00 – $178,500.00 (Las Vegas, NV). Locations: Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Las Vegas. Travel Travel will be required. Location Primary: Phoenix, Arizona.
