Physician Internal Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description
- 275K base PLUS Productivity bonus based on RVUS and experience\n
\n- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine\n
\n- Preferred start date of August 2026\n
\n- See patients in the SNF setting\n
\n- Full-time permanent - Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule.\n
\n- No weekends\n
\n- No nights\n
\n- No phone call - NP will take call\n
\n- To see 25 patients per day\n
\n- RVU bonus above 25 patients - each additional patient is paid based on the RVU-based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.\n
\n- Sign on bonus\n
\n- Malpractice, Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401k with a 3 percent match (candidate will qualify to participate starting 2nd month of their employment), long term disability insurance, Term life insurance, relo assistance, PTO, CME.
