- $17 to $17.50/hour starting pay
- Built-in days off every other weekend
- Work just 15 days per month
- State-of-the-art facility with a clean, team-focused environment
- Ensure each production line is running the correct product and process
- Verify labels, expiration dates, and product packaging accuracy
- Build cartons and displays, then pack products for retail shipment
- Palletize finished goods and keep materials organized
- Support changeovers by cleaning equipment, switching out materials, and removing excess
- Maintain general cleanliness of the production area
- Lift up to 50 lbs and keep up in a fast-paced setting
- Follow all plant safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- A reliable, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift 25-50 lbs
- Commitment to food safety, quality, and cleanliness
- High School Diploma or equivalent
