Responsibilities Optimizing event project management and developing creative design strategies. Quickly building trust and confidence with clients and team members. Spearheading operations for complex events, including meetings, conferences, and incentive travel programs. Embracing event technologies to seamlessly plan and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in‑person events. Leading by example as a strong team leader who inspires others. Preferred Skills Expertise in high‑end global event logistics and multi‑faceted project management. A professional and engaging presence for client interactions. A creative and consultative approach that goes beyond logistics to enhance the overall experience. The ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. A strategic mindset, driven by the understanding of why we do what we do for our clients. Requirements Will require up to 30% travel. This role is onsite, with required office attendance at our clients' office in the Rockefeller Center / Time Square area four to five days per week. Salary – We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Onsite Event Manager NYC is between $90,000 - $110,000.
