Work Environment
This remote position allows you the flexibility of working from home while being part of an innovative community health clinic. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children struggling with developmental milestones.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that strategies reflect the unique needs and goals of each family.
- Monitor progress and outcomes as a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team, adapting strategies as needed based on observed behaviors and family feedback.
- Provide critical support and resources to families, equipping them with knowledge and strategies to foster their child's growth.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment strategies to support early intervention services.
- Develop a warm rapport with children and families to create a nurturing and engaging environment conducive to learning and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for clients and team members.
- Leverage your strong communication skills to advocate for children's needs and facilitate productive conversations with families and team members alike.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary focus will be on serving infants and toddlers aged birth to three years who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families, supporting them in navigating early intervention services to ensure the best outcomes for their children. By promoting a child-centered approach, you’ll enable families to actively engage in their child's development through tailored support initiatives.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid license from the Department of Public Health, specifically an LCSW.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience working with children in early intervention settings.
- Valid driver's license to facilitate any necessary travel for client visits.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs, ensuring individualized attention for each child.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
