Customer Service Representative

Are you friendly, organized, and great with customers? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working with a variety of business systems. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Respond to customer emails through Zendesk Assist with inventory control and order processing Process and coordinate customer returns Work with Square and Shopify Use QuickBooks for basic business-related tasks Work with ShipStation for shipping and order fulfillment Provide friendly, professional customer service Keep customer and order information accurate and up to date What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable learning new software and technology Reliable and dependable Previous customer service or office experience preferred Experience with Square, Shopify, QuickBooks, ShipStation, or Zendesk is a plus - but we're willing to train the right person!
