If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will DoProvide production floor support, including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work in Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, delivery to next step (inventory or shipment), and meeting MRP scheduleMaintain integrity of the shop floor and MRPProcess piece part movement to support internal build requirements through subcontractors and internal resourcesRedirect and/or re-establish priorities, as required, in support of the Master ScheduleFacilitate expedited material of critical part shortages to released work ordersWhat You Will BringBS Degree and 2 years of experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, finance, and/or project management or AS degree with 4 years of experience or equivalent experienceMRP knowledgeExperience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing, et.Experience utilizing lean manufacturing conceptsExperience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)Pay Range$29.81/hour to $33.17/hourCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
