Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions and treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Help patients regain independence and improve functional performance in daily activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient progress with the therapy team
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Oregon COTA license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF, rehab, or geriatric settings preferred
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
