The starting hourly rate ranges from $40.03 to $50.49, depending on skills and experience. Employees have the opportunity to reach the top craft pay of $54.58 per hour within 48 months. Employees have the opportunity to reach the top craft pay of $54.58 per hour within 48 months. Pay and future pay changes are determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The anticipated start date for this position is December 2026. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. The Borger Refinery is located in Borger, Texas, in the Texas Panhandle, approximately 50 miles north of Amarillo, Texas. Refinery facilities include crude distilling, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation, hydrodesulfurization and delayed coking units. The refinery processes primarily medium sour crude oil produced locally, and heavy sour crude oil produced in Canada, all of which are delivered by pipeline. Borger produces a high percentage of transportation fuels, as well as petroleum coke, NGLs and solvents.
