NASHVILLE, TN — Sales Representative, Staffing Solutions Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys connecting with business leaders, solving workforce challenges, and creating long-term partnerships What You'll Do Business Development & B2B Sales Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person meetings Build relationships with hiring managers, business owners, HR professionals, and operational leaders Conduct outside sales activities, including client visits, networking events, chamber meetings, and industry functions Generate new client partnerships while growing and retaining existing accounts Staffing Solutions Consulting Identify workforce challenges and recommend recruiting and staffing solutions tailored to each client's needs Present service offerings, negotiate agreements, and close new business opportunities Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive client experience Account Management Maintain regular communication with clients to understand changing hiring needs and uncover additional opportunities Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction Conduct client follow-up meetings and performance reviews to strengthen long-term partnerships Sales Activity & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, and client interactions within the CRM Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects and active opportunities Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals What You'll Get Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Company-provided laptop, phone, and CRM tools Structured onboarding and ongoing professional development Supportive, team-oriented culture focused on collaboration and success Career growth opportunities within a growing organization What You Bring Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or related services Experience in both outside and inside sales environment Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and build lasting client relationships Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and pipeline Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications Staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, HR services, or industrial sales experience Existing business network within the Nashville market Experience selling professional services to business clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
