Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate We’re hiring an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support a busy distribution operation in Braintree, MA. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is safety‑focused, dependable, and experienced operating powered industrial equipment. What You’ll Do Safely operate sit‑down and/or stand‑up forklifts Move, locate, stack, and organize warehouse inventory Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy Verify products and quantities as materials are moved Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Follow all OSHA, equipment, and warehouse safety procedures Work with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals What We’re Looking For Valid forklift certification/license required 1+ year of warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred Experience operating sit‑down or stand‑up forklifts Strong attention to safety and inventory accuracy Basic math and counting skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Comfortable with lifting, bending, standing, and other physical warehouse duties Great Fit for Candidates With Experience In: Forklift Operation Material Handling Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Inventory Distribution Order Picking If you’re an experienced, certified Forklift Operator looking for your next opportunity in Braintree. #J-18808-Ljbffr HW Staffing Solutions
