Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – South Carolina

Start Date: April – June 2026

Location: South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), 40 hours per week. No call required.

Highlights:

• Small community hospital setting with 7 operating rooms and one endoscopy suite, plus an on-campus outpatient surgery center
• Diverse case mix including orthopedic, spine, gynecology, ophthalmology, plastics, and general OR cases; out-of-OR cases include GI, cardiovascular/TEE, and MRI coverage
• Medical directed ACT model with 4:1 ratio supporting 30+ cases daily
• Epic EMR system with option to test out if experienced
• Patient population: primarily adults (95%), with adolescents aged 12+ years (5%)
• Standard bread-and-butter CRNA practice with general anesthesia, spinal procedures, ventilation management, and arterial line placement

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina state license (required prior to application – credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days with SC license, 90+ days without)
• NBCRNA board certification required
• Minimum 2 years of post-training CRNA experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through American Heart Association
• Clean background and malpractice history required with no exceptions
• Must reside outside 60-mile radius (local candidates not accepted)
