Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.SUMMARY The Assembler role is responsible for assembly of all piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, burners, and other associated equipment on pressure vessels and skids. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met.RESPONSIBILITIES: Regular and punctual attendance at work is an essential job function of each position and is necessary to your individual effectiveness and that of your work group. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 6 months heavy assembly/manufacturing/material handling experience, or equivalent experience.High School Diploma or equivalent.Must be able to safely use Crane and Forklift (certified).Intermediate math skills and ability to read a tape measure required.Must be able to learn pressure gauges, application, and how to read them.Ability to read and understand assembly blueprints and bill of materials.Basic knowledge of lean methods.Must understand and follow the quality & production policy and procedures - detect defects.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
