• Grow Retail Revenue: Recommend apparel, grip socks, and accessories while achieving individual and team sales goals.

• Support Studio Operations: Manage check-ins, class bookings, account updates, and accurate sales logs in our studio software.

• Keep the Studio Inviting: Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and beautifully merchandised retail boutique.

• Build Our Community: Support studio events, promotional campaigns, referral programs, and local member engagement.

• Communication Skills: Outgoing, positive personality with clear, professional verbal and written communication.

• Passion for Wellness: A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals.

• Accountability & Initiative: Goal-oriented mindset with professional maturity, reliability, and strong self-drive.

• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Strong organizational skills with comfort navigating computers and studio booking software.

• Schedule Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
