The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, along with solid knowledge of messaging systems and multithreading. This role requires working in a hybrid onsite model and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring BootBuild and support Microservices-based architecturesDevelop and consume RESTful Web ServicesImplement and optimize multithreaded and concurrent processingWork with Kafka/MQ messaging systems for event-driven solutionsPerform SQL development and database integration with MS SQLConduct performance tuning and performance engineeringParticipate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussionsCollaborate with frontend teams using Angular or ReactUtilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivityCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teamsSupport production deployments and troubleshootingRequired SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Java FundamentalsProficiency in Spring Framework / Spring BootExperience with RESTful Web ServicesSolid knowledge of Multi-Threading and ConcurrencyExperience with Kafka or MQ messaging systemsStrong MS SQL / database integration skillsExperience in Performance Engineering and tuningGood system design and problem-solving skillsExposure to Angular or ReactFamiliarity with AI development tools (Copilot preferred)Excellent communication and collaboration skills Georgia IT, Inc.
