Program Collaboration and Case Management
- Coordinate care with referring physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant care for each patient.
- Serve as a clinical resource to command staff and agency leadership regarding injury trends, duty readiness, and safe return-to-work planning.
- Participate in case review meetings with the strength & conditioning professional and ProTeam leadership to align clinical care with performance and wellness initiatives.
- Support workers compensation navigation by providing timely documentation, objective functional information, and clear communication to all stakeholders.
Documentation, Data, and Reporting
- Document all patient encounters in the electronic medical record system in accordance with professional, legal, and payer standards.
- Track key clinical metrics (e.g., time lost, case duration, mechanism of injury, functional outcomes) and assist leadership in using this data to improve programs and services.
- Provide regular, concise injury and outcomes reports to the Chief Operations Officer and agency stakeholders to support accountability and continuous improvement.
Education, Outreach, and Professional Representation
- Provide group and oneonone education on topics such as injury prevention, ergonomics, load management, recovery, and early symptom reporting.
