Starting pay is $20.50/hour , with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential . Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential , with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour . An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.
