Dentist (General Dentist) FT

Bright Direction Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to join our team five (5) days per week. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care in a well-supported environment. Our practice offers a full scope of general dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic procedures, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency treatment. We treat patients of all ages and focus on building long-term relationships through consistent, thoughtful care. The schedule is designed to support both productivity and quality, with a manageable daily patient flow and a strong hygiene program that drives consistent exam opportunities. Compensation Up to 35% Collections Requirements General Dentistry license in the state of WI Customer service and interpersonal relations Excellent Oral and written communication Detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment Communicate well with patients and teammates Provide excellent clinical care Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
