Order Entry Specialist

LHH is seeking a detail‑driven Order Management Representative for a temporary contract opportunity supporting a well‑established organization in North Charlotte . This role is ideal for someone with SAP order processing experience , strong Excel skills , and a customer‑focused mindset who can step in quickly and add value with minimal ramp‑up. This is expected to run May through October , with competitive hourly pay and a hybrid work schedule after training.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (30‑minute or 1‑hour lunch option)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Processing customer orders accurately in SAP
• Managing 40–50 orders per week with attention to detail
• Answering inbound customer calls and providing professional, timely support
• Responding to emails and order‑related requests
• Communicating order status, item availability, and quantities
• Partnering with an internal marketing team to send product and promotional information
• Running basic Excel reports related to items and quantities

What We Are Looking For:

• Recent SAP order entry / order processing experience
• Excel proficiency , including VLOOKUPs (required)
• Experience with basic formulas and pivot tables
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly with a short training window
• Comfortable working independently in a structured, professional environment

Work Setup & Environment:

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after training
• Fully onsite during initial training
• Casual dress code (jeans allowed; no holes)
