Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room during scheduled day shifts
• Fulfill on-call requirements of 4–5 shifts per month, including weekday call shifts (5:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and weekend call shifts (24-hour coverage)
• Adhere to a 30-minute on-call response time requirement
• Participate in self-scheduling for on-call shifts following initial department-assigned call slots
• Coordinate and collaborate with OR and PACU staff within a Monday–Friday operational environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington
• Experience in Operating Room nursing
• Ability to meet a 30-minute on-call response time
• Availability for on-call shifts including weekday and weekend coverage as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a PACU or perioperative setting
• Familiarity with self-scheduling systems and shift trade coordination
