We are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN. $42.82 to $55.87 per hour based on experience and shift differential. Full, Part-Time and Perdiem: Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available. $150 Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Pickup Shift Bonus. Excellent Employee Benefits! D eficiency Free on Recent Survey! Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications: MA RN - Registered Nurse License. Long-Term Care experience preferred. BLS certification. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. PCC experience a bonus! Registered Nurse - RN Job Summary: Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner. Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures. Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians. Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary. Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action. Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
