Leadership Opportunity In Manufacturing

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support a team of Quality Technicians, Process Technicians, and a Programmer
  • Lead quality systems, audits, nonconformance management, and corrective actions
  • Drive process development, continuous improvement, and manufacturing optimization
  • Support the programming, implementation, and startup of new equipment

About You

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in quality, safety, and machining
  • Demonstrated success in process development and process improvement
  • Confident and humble leader who values accountability
