Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Alexandria, VA, United States Full time – Day Shift. Clinic Hours: Monday – Thursday 7am–7pm, Friday 7am–4pm (2 evening shifts until 7pm required). Job Description nova Physical Therapy – Alexandria is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team. This role will be a Full Time, Day Shift position located at the Inova Summit Center. The clinic address is 4700 King Street, Ste. 200, Alexandria, VA 22302. Performs re‑evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly. Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements. Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable). Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start. Preferred Qualifications Physical Therapist (PT) experience.
