Senior Accountant

Seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing manufacturing operation. This is a hands‑on plant accounting role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation and wants to have a real impact beyond just producing financial statements. What you’ll be doing: Own the month‑end close and financial reporting process Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Develop and track operational KPIs including scrap, efficiency, and productivity Support inventory, physical counts, fixed assets, and capital projects Maintain strong internal controls and support internal/external audits Partner directly with plant leadership and operations Spend time on the manufacturing floor understanding how operational activity impacts financial performance What we’re looking for: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience At least 3 years of accounting experience within manufacturing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field Strong month‑end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience Advanced Excel skills Experience with a manufacturing ERP such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar Working knowledge of IFRS and internal controls CPA or progress toward a professional accounting designation is preferred Onsite Manufacturing Environment This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a true business partner to operations while still owning the core accounting responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Jobs
