Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and mentor managers and team members.
• Drive guest satisfaction and create memorable dining and event experiences.
• Partner closely with culinary, sales, and events teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, inventory, purchasing, and financial performance.
• Maintain service excellence across restaurant, bar, and private events.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and operational efficiencies.
• Build a positive culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with all company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Current or recent General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Restaurants, or multi-outlet hospitality leadership experience.
• Luxury hospitality, upscale dining, resort, winery, country club, boutique hotel, or destination restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading large teams across multiple departments.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, labor management, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Experience overseeing private events, weddings, banquets, or high-end catering operations is highly preferred.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
