This position plays a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through efficient account management and excellent communication. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account management. Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate and timely information. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude. Prepare reports and analyze customer data to improve service quality. Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention. Ensure all interactions align with company policies and customer service standards. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
