From there, you can advance into a role in personal training, management, or sales. Pay, Bonuses, and Career Growth: Hourly base pay + monthly performance bonuses Transparent and fair commission rates for new members Cash bonuses for employee and member referrals Annual performance review with opportunity for a base pay raise Paid time off and 4-day work week option Direct 3-month track to become a Lead Personal Trainer, earning top industry commission rate Health insurance with additional benefits Free membership, discounted supplements, massages, personal training certifications, and apparel What You Will Do: Design and deliver personalized fitness programs that align with clients’ goals Provide coaching, motivation, and instruction to ensure proper technique, safety, and progress during sessions Track and evaluate client progress while offering feedback and adjustments to maximize results and maintain engagement. Who You Are: Nationally accredited personal trainers are preferred. Passion for fitness and helping others. What Happens After You Apply: 24 hours: Phone interview. 48 hours: In-person interview. 7 days: Potential offer letter and team lunch.
