Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm; occasional Saturday availability Responsibilities Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system Process payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers Greeting customers and answering phones Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution Assist with balancing of the cash drawer and resolve any discrepancies Additional duties include filing, data entry and other similar tasks Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required Ability to communicate customers' interests’ needs and requests to management Attention to detail Cash handling experience Basic math and computer skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
