Foundation Relations Officer

As the Foundation Relations Officer you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of institutional funders by leading all stages of the foundation/grant giving cycle—from prospecting and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship. This role supports PPRM’s ability to expand access to reproductive health care, education, advocacy, and abortion services by securing strategic philanthropic investments aligned with organizational priorities. Additional Areas of Responsibility You are an effective decision-maker who can assess information and determine appropriate next steps in both immediate and long-term situations. You use strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships, understand stakeholder needs, and navigate complex situations. You partner effectively across departments to advance shared fundraising goals. You manage deadlines, funder requirements, and deliverables with precision, ensuring engagement and accuracy across all submissions. Other Information / Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years of demonstrated experience in foundation relations, fundraising, or relationship management Experience managing funder portfolios and advancing relationships through all stages of the giving/grant cycle Strong verbal/written communication skills, including proposal and report writing Strategic thinking and ability to align fundraising with organizational priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
